I represent clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly known as the INS), as well as the Board of Immigration Appeals, and provide guidance in matters relating to immigration and naturalization, visas, citizenship, asylum, and employment. The largest part of my practice is business immigration where I assist clients with H, E, R, and L visas, and with employment based permanent residency petitions and labor certifications. I also handle family based immigration matters.

It is my goal as a lawyer to put the client at ease right from the start.
